The FM36M1 is a GNSS terminal with the LTE CAT M1, NB IoT connectivity option for special applications, including devices belonging to the Internet stuff class, i.e. intelligent network devices that can communicate with each other. FM36M1 is designed for tracking small vehicles, but is also suitable for advanced applications such as logistics services, delivery services, public transport etc.
As this terminal has an extended set of inputs/outputs and a 1-wire interface for temperature monitoring, it is ideal for refrigerated transport.
With Teltonika CAN adapters, the FM36M1 can be used in agriculture, construction or even mining. Moreover, the FM36M1 supports LTE CAT M1 and NB IoT converters, which makes it possible to use the device with the latest and most economical technologies.
Technologies CAT M1 and NB IoT (a radio technology standard that allows communication between devices, the so-called Internet of things) provide a new generation of links, making IoT (Internet of things) business models more accessible, guaranteeing reliable and efficient communication. Thanks to the backward compatibility with the GSM system, the network will be even more extensive.
You can feel safe when the vehicle is monitored by a device with an internal battery. When the vehicle's battery is disconnected, the device remains online and sends data to a server.
Thanks to configurable inputs, it is possible to monitor external events, e.g. exceeding of the water level threshold or door sensor signals. Alerts can be received remotely, via SMS or e-mail.
1-Wire® protocol support allows you to identify up to 500 authorized controllers and connect a temperature sensor. iButton® or RFID® prevents unauthorized access to your vehicle fleet. Temperature sensors allow you to monitor and control the status of your cargo.
Additional accessories LV-CAN200, ALLCAN300 enable CAN data acquisition from any type of transport (light vehicles, trucks, buses, agricultural transport and special transport). The list of supported vehicles includes over 1800 models. Each vehicle model has detailed installation instructions with a diagram and drawing. Available RPM parameters, fuel level, vehicle mileage, etc.
