Zyxel GS1300 - 18HP is a PoE Switch for IP cameras, 16xGE PoE , 1xSFP, PoE budget 130W, power transmission range up to 250m, enhanced protection against surges and electrostatic discharge. Unlike other Ethernet switches, the GS1300 Series peripherals can be placed more than 100 meters away from the switch, allowing you to install IP cameras or PoE-powered devices in remote locations where Cat 5e cable is already connected. If you switch the DIP switch inextended-range mode, the maximum distance increases to 250 meters. By using only one switch with PoE, you can significantly save money and effort.
