Unifi UAP-AC Mesh belongs to the UniFi system created by Ubiquiti to easily build WiFi access anywhere you want. It has a sophisticated and simple design. Its inconspicuous appearance conceals endless possibilities of Mesh network expansion within UniFi.
The advantage is easy installation inside and outside of buildings. This set of access points is perfect for creating a wireless Mesh network in public places. The Wireless Uplink function enables wireless connectivity between access points in an extended range. One UniFi AP uplink (connected by cable) supports up to 4 wireless downlink connections on a single operating band, allowing you to receive devices wirelessly in their default state and make changes to the network topology in real time. For devices that support Plug & Play Mesh, this feature is extended to allow multiple wireless uploads.
The device works in a Multi-Hop network. This increases transmission speed. You can easily build wireless network infrastructure in public places using UniFi UAP-AC Mesh series devices.
The UniFi AC Mesh AP has adjustable dual-band ohmic antennas, as well as the ability to use any 5 GHz ohmic antenna to provide coverage in densely populated areas with numerous access points and clients, such as a conference room.
