Zyxel GS1900-10HP - 10-port manageable switch

The Zyxel GS1900 series is a compact, gigabit freestanding switch with a rack mount option that allows you to create a high-speed network in a convenient location, e.g. in offices and other rooms. They offer full IPv6 support and are compatible with the latest IEEE 802.3at PoE (Power over Ethernet) Plus standard, up to 30 W per port, allowing you to connect multiple Ethernet powered devices. The intelligent Zyxel PoE function has two power modes: classification and consumption. In the consumption mode, GS1900 8HP/10HP/24HP/48HP models reserve the required amount of power and prioritize the power supply on the ports in order to optimally distribute the power budget. This allows more connected devices to operate and increases the (ROI) return on investment. The GS1900-10HP model supports IEEE 802.3at on all ports with a 77W power supply for 8 ports and an additional 2 SFP slots for long-distance connections.

The Series of Zyxel GS1900 Switches has an interface for configuration and management via a web browser. This allows you to quickly and comfortably configure the network in four steps: initial settings, i.e. VLAN, Guest VLAN and QoS.

Energy saving

Switches series GS1900 have been equipped with technological solutions that contribute to the reduction of energy consumption:


  • Low link activity detection in 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) - low network traffic is detected and switch can adjust the power consumption of the link. The 802.3az function switch is located on the housing.
  • Detection of inactive connectors - thanks to the detection of inactive connections or devices the power consumption will be reduced.
  • Detection of wire length - this function adjusts the power consumption based on the detected distance from the connected device, reducing it for nearby connections.
  • No fans - silent operation is ensured by the design without active cooling, making GS1900 switches suitable for small rooms.
