Cisco 250 series - smart switches

Cisco 250 Series is the next generation of smart and affordable switches that guarantee high network performance and reliability. They are equipped with a wide range of network features needed to configure a stable business network. These powerful Fast or Gigabit Ethernet switches with 1000 Mbps or 10 Gbps Ethernet ports offer several management options, advanced security features, customized (QoS) quality of service and Layer 3 static routing. These features far outperform ordinary unmanageable switches, while providing lower costs compared to fully managed switches. Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+), easy-to-use GUI, Smart Network Application allows you to create and configure a complete and efficient computer network.

Business applications

Whether you need basic high-speed connectivity to computers and servers or a comprehensive voice or wireless data solution, the Cisco 250 Series switches can meet your needs, and possible deployment scenarios are:

Fast connectivity to computers - Cisco 250 series switches enable fast and secure connection of computers, printers, servers with other devices. High performance and reliable connectivity help to speed up file transfer and data processing, extend network operation time, which in turn also increases the level of employee performance.

Flexible wireless - To increase network coverage, the Cisco 250-series switches work with Cisco wireless solutions as well as those of other manufacturers. With security features, Power over Ethernet (PoE) power, VLAN and QoS features, they provide an excellent basis for creating an efficient yet highly secure network. The ability to power devices through PoE with up to 30 watts per port via an Ethernet cable means that innovative 802.11ac wireless technology can easily be deployed to maximize network throughput.

Uniform communication - The Cisco 250 series offers QoS features that enable you to prioritize delay-sensitive traffic on your network and connect all communication solutions such as IP telephony and video surveillance to a single Ethernet network.
