CRS328-24P-4S+RM is an independent 28-port switch with 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports that offer various power options: passive PoE, low voltage PoE, 802.3af/at (Type 1 "PoE" / Type 2 "PoE+") with automatic detection. The PoE output is transmitted through the B-mode pins (4.5+)(7.8-). The four SFP+ ports provide up to 10 Gbps via fibre optic or Ethernet modules.
The CRS328-24P-4S+RM is supplied in a 1U enclosure for installation in a rack cabinet with a built-in power supply 100-240 V AC 500 W. Each port can deliver up to 30 W with any power output option. The device has a "Dual boot" function, which allows you to choose between two RouterOS or SwOS operating systems. If you prefer a simplified operating system with only specific switch functions, use SwOS. If you want to be able to use routing and other layer 3 functions in your CRS, use RouterOS.
