TL-SG1008 - 8-port switch with rack mount capability

TP-Link TL-SG1008 is an 8-port gigabit switch of desktop type adapted for installation in a rack. The device allows for easy increase of Ethernet throughput for gigabit connections. Each of the 8 ports has a automatic MDI/MDIX crossover function, which allows for quick installation of the device, as there is no need to use crossover cables. TLSG1008 switch is a device that uses Green TP-Link technology, so it is environmentally friendly.

Business performance

The TL-SG1008 guarantees maximum data transfer efficiency thanks to its non-blocking architecture. The MAC address board with the size 8 K allows the device to be used in large networks. Support for IEEE802.3x bandwidth control for full duplex transmission and backpressure functions for half duplex transmission ensure smooth network traffic and reliable data transmission.

Green TP-Link

TL-SG1008 SWITCH uses Green TP-Link technology, which effectively increases network capacity while saving energy. The device automatically adjusts power consumption depending on connection status and cable length. The switch complies with the European RoHS directive, which limits the use of equipment made of environmentally hazardous materials.

Easy to use

The TL-SG1008 uses automatic functions to ensure that no configuration is required for installation. MDI/MDIX excludes the need for crossover cables or uplink ports. Automated Connection negotiation detects the speed of the connected equipment on each port, ensuring transmission performance at the highest level. The desktop enclosure allows you to save space in the room or to conveniently mount in a rack. Located on the switch, LEDs inform the user about the operating status of the device.
