EdgeSwitch has 12 SFP+ ports and four RJ45 10GBASE-T, ports that effectively deliver and aggregate data at 10Gbps.
EdgeSwitch offers the ability to transfer data to process traffic on all ports simultaneously at linear speed without losing packets. To provide total, unblocked bandwidth, EdgeSwitch supports up to 160 Gbps.
EdgeSwitch uses a powerful operating system that provides advanced switching functions, including VLAN tagging and link aggregation, and limited Layer 3 functionality, including static routing and DHCP server functionality.
The EdgeSwitch configuration interface, designed for convenient management, allows you to
administrators configure and monitor switching functions in the graphical interface. For advanced users, the command command (CLI) function is available through the console serial, telnet and SSH ports.

Remove the protective cap covering the SFP+ port.
2. Connect the appropriate fiber optic module to the SFP+ port.
3. Connect the fiber optic cable to the fiber module. Then connect the other end of the cable to another fiber optic device.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 to connect additional SFP+ ports.
