Returns and complaints policy

The customer may withdraw from a distance contract concluded with batna24.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. If they decide to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered product, they must send this information by email or by phone. Returned goods must not show any signs of use. We only accept returns in their original packaging.

How to make a return?

    1. After providing information about the planned return (via email or phone), you must: Place the returned product in its original packaging, protect it against damage during transport and pack it in a properly prepared package.
    2. The device must be restored to factory settings.
    3. Place information on the outside of the packaging stating: the reason for the return and the order number to which the returned product relates.
    4. Send the package to the following address: RETURNS shop - Batna sp. z o. o. ORDER NO. - B24/..../……… ul. 1 Maja 23, 42-217, Częstochowa, Poland,  e-mail: zwroty@batna24.com
    5. Please send the waybill number and bank account details for the refund to the email address provided above.

Pursuant to Article 34, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Rights Act, a customer who has withdrawn from a distance contract must pay for the return of the goods. 

Products delivered in sealed packaging for health protection or hygiene reasons are not eligible for return if the packaging has been opened after delivery (e.g. epilators, shavers, straighteners, breathalyzers, earphones, etc.)
