A custom mobile app is available for more precise adjustment. Its intuitive interface allows you to set your preferred front and rear air pressure and temperature values. When the system detects values that are too low or too high, the head unit alerts the driver with an audible signal. Installation and setup of the Xiaomi 70mai TPMS Lite system takes little time and does not require a visit to the tire dealer. The external sensors screw directly into the connectors instead of the original caps, and the main unit with adhesive pad can be easily attached to the dashboard. In addition, vandal-resistant caps and a matching key are included to help prevent sensors from being stolen or lost.
The main unit is powered by a 500 mAh rechargeable battery that can be charged via a solar panel or any USB Type A port with the included cable. The wireless sensors are powered by batteries that provide up to 10 years of battery life if you drive for 2 hours a day. To save power, the system automatically turns on while driving and shuts off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
