The Aqara G4 is a unique video caller that can be wired or battery powered. It is also the first battery-powered option that works with Apple's HomeKit Secure Video and supports streaming to Google and Alexa smart displays, equipped with local AI used for facial recognition alerts, automation and more.
The built-in local facial recognition algorithm is the biggest advantage of the Aqara doorbell. Aqara Smart Video Doorbell G4 is the world's first battery-powered doorbell with HomeKit Secure Video. Video analysis and notifications happen on your Apple devices such as iPad, Phone, Apple TV. Everything is encrypted before it is saved to Apple's iCloud. Besides, it can realize audio and video connection with Google and Alexa, and be connected to the Yandex Smart Home app to achieve automation.
Aqara G4 knows how to save money for you, but still provides good storage - 7 days of free cloud storage, which is equivalent to saving you up to $60 a year in subscription fees. And the G4's internal chime provides the option of local storage on a microSD card (not included), which is safer and more convenient. We also plan to launch NAS storage in the future to provide more options for our users.

With the 162° wide-angle field of view 1080p HD Video full glass lens of G4, it can display video more clearly and steadily. What's more, G4 is suitable for outdoor use, thanks to its greater stability in ambient temperature (cold / hot) and IPX3 waterproof level.
Although extremely feature-rich, the G4's battery life is one of the longest: its 6-battery pack allows you to use it for up to 4 months. What's more, you can connect the G4 to a 12-24V AC or 8-24V DC power source, and the batteries will only be used in the event of a power outage!
The G4 Doorbell comes with an internal chime with built-in Wi-Fi repeater. The unique Repeater/Gong comes with a loud 95 dB speaker and a USB-C port for more flexible placement. Besides, it can even be powered by a powerbank or mini-UPS for battery backup!
G4 has a unique voice changing technology. It is unique in the category of video doorbells. Users can change the audio voice of the intercom to an uncle's voice, a robot's voice and a clown's voice, which can better protect the user's privacy and identity. Users can customize the ringing interval and volume of the doorbell. When Do Not Disturb mode is enabled, even if someone maliciously rings the doorbell in the middle of the night, users can still sit back and relax.
