About product

Outdoor Wi-Fi 6 designed for greater range and speed

The Cambium XV2-2T0 is a dual Wi-Fi 6 radio access point (AP) designed for outdoor deployments in Wi-Fi hotspots, outdoor corporate networks, hospitality and education. The XV2 2T features surge suppression up to 4kV and an LTE coexistence filter. Combining Wi-Fi 6 technology with high-performance antennas, the XV2-2T provides coverage of up to 1km, as well as higher throughput over shorter distances compared to competing solutions. By covering a larger area per access point, network operators can save on hardware, cabling, installation, maintenance and access rights costs for external Wi-Fi deployments. Combined with Cambium Networks' cnWave 60 GHz multi-gigabit solutions for Wi-Fi backhaul, network operators can cover large areas at incredible speeds - all wirelessly.

Key features of the Cambium CNPILOT XV2-2T0

  • Coverage of 1 km or more, allowing for a significant reduction in the equipment and cost required to cover an area
  • PoE output up to 30 W for external IP/Ethernet devices such as an IP camera, 60 GHz node or other Wi-Fi access point
  • All-in-one design with integrated antennas and controller function
  • Degree of protection IP67

PoE output for powering additional devices

The XV2-2T0 provides a Cambium 30VDC or 48VDC output for PoE devices connected to a second Gigabit Ethernet port. Ideal for connecting the XV2-2T0 to a Cambium Subscriber Module (SM), Terragraph CN (connection node) or any IP and Ethernet device such as a security IP camera or other Wi-Fi access point.

Support for IEEE 802.11ax standard

The new IEEE 802.11ax standard provides higher network speeds and enables more connected devices with higher packet quality. In outdoor deployments, IEEE 802.11ax provides greater range by increasing the RF frame preamble by 3 dB and improving signal quality with increased guard spacing compared to previous Wi-Fi technology. XV2-2T0 is fully backward-compatible with existing Wi-Fi technology and prepares the network for greater growth and higher density of connected Wi-Fi devices.
