The ePMP 300-25 Cambium ePMP 300-25 works in 80211ac Wave2 standard, providing maximum throughput up to 500Mbps. The device definitely stands out from the competition with the power of the radio transmitter and a narrow transmission beam. This is an advantage in an environment with significant density (noise) of signals from other WiFi networks. Devices with wide antenna propagation are easy in visualisation (antenna setting), but their wide, non-selective antennas receive not only the signal dedicated to them, but all the foreign ones, thus increasing the noise level and lowering the possible connection speed. Only the use of antennas with a narrow beam width allows, on the one hand, for precise sending of the concentrated signal in the given direction, on the other hand, it minimizes the presence of foreign signals on the transceiver head, which results in a higher connection speed. Wireless service providers around the world are facing the challenge of providing reliable connectivity due to overfilled RF bands. Free channels have become an increasingly scarce commodity, finding the right equipment to put together a broadband (wireless broadband) connection in such a noisy space has become a necessity. The ePMP Cambium Networks ePMP series is the answer to this challenge and is ideal for low and high density environments.
