Model SG220-50P - switch with PoE power supply, 220 Cisco series

The SG220-50P is a Cisco PoE switch with 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports with a throughput of up to 1000 Mbps, which supports PoE/PoE+. The total power budget for PoE is 375 W and the maximum power per port is 30 W. The switch is also equipped with 2 Gigabit Ethernet Combo (SFP/RJ45) ports. The housing of the switch fits into standard racks. The capacity of the device reaches up to 74.40 million packets per second.

Multiple switch management options

The Cisco SG220-50P can be managed in several ways. There is a graphical user interface supported by a browser, editable configuration files that can be uploaded to other switches to speed up the configuration of multiple devices, command line interface (CLI) and management via cloud services.

A simple, secure and smart business network with the Cisco 220 series

In today's fast-growing business environment, business owners are making increasingly selective choices about their IT investments, including investments in network infrastructure. The network is a key platform for business performance, and its features such as speed, reliability and security are now more important than ever before. With a limited budget it is important to get the best value for money. Smart switches are the answer to these requirements as they provide growing businesses with the right level of network features and capabilities at lower prices.

Cisco® 220 switches are a series of smart switches at an affordable price. Their high performance, ease of use, and security features allow you to build a robust business network within a limited budget. The powerful features of these switches make them far outperform ordinary unmanageable switches, while providing lower costs compared to fully managed switches. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

The Cisco 220 series includes a wide range of intelligent switches that provide Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet with Power over Ethernet (PoE) options. With an intuitive network interface, energy-efficient technologies and rich customizable features, these switches not only improve the performance of your business today, but also ensure high network performance for the future.

Features and benefits

Smart switches are usually cheap, but have limited functionality. The Cisco 220 series switches, on the other hand, offer high functionality for growing companies while maintaining low price.

Easy and flexible management

The Cisco 220 series switches are easy to implement and use for non-IT users and industry professionals alike. They offer management options such as simple network management protocol (SNMP), command line interface (CLI) as well as an intuitive graphical web interface and Cisco FindIT utility.

● Power over Ethernet Plus

PoE+ streamlines deployment of wireless access points, IP telephony and video surveillance, enabling power and data transmission over a single network cable. Some Cisco 220 series switches support PoE+, which provides up to 30 watts per port.

A higher level of safety and intelligence

Access Control Lists (ACL) and QoS based on data flow ensure the integrity of business critical information, enable better control of network performance and increase it.
