About product

Cisco SG350X-48P - 50-port PoE Gigabit switch with 10 Gb/s SFP+ and RJ45 uplink ports with Stackable Managed Switch - 350X Cisco Series

The Cisco SG350X-48P switch is equipped with 48 ports with a throughput of 1000 Mb/s and 4 uplink ports with a throughput of 10 Gb/s (2 Combo 10G RJ45/SFP+ and 2 SFP+ ports). To manage and configure Cisco switches are used, among others, graphical user interface available through a web browser and text CLI. console.

Top-level performance

The switch has a throughput of 130.94 million packets per second (64-byte packets) and a switching capacity of 176 Gb/s. The presented model has 48 ports with PoE support, 8 ports can power devices up to 60 W. Total PoE power budget is 382 W. The Cisco switch comes with a limited, lifetime manufacturer's warranty.

350X Cisco series

Cisco® 350X series is a line of manageable Ethernet switches at a very affordable price. The devices offer a wide range of capabilities needed to handle demanding network environments, are easy to deploy and manage, and do not require the support of numerous IT staff.

Physical stacking of switches

Unlike stackable switches that have components that are administered and diagnosed separately, the Cisco 350X Series provides real, end-to-end stacking of switches, allowing you to configure, manage and troubleshoot multiple switches as if they were one device, making network expansion much easier. The 350X Series allows you to stack up to 4 switches and up to 208 manageable ports into one system.

Why Cisco? Features and benefits of the 350X series switches

Switches from the Cisco 350X series offer developing companies an advanced and complete set of features and all the necessary high capacity applications and technologies. Switches guarantee the reliability of key features, protect confidential business information and optimize network capacity to make data transmission on the network as efficient as possible.

350X Series Switches - key features

- High performance 10 Gigabit Ethernet Cisco 350X series switches allow for cable Ethernet speeds up to 10 Gbit/s, providing adequate and sufficient performance for growing networks in small and medium enterprises.

- Multigabit Performance - Traditional Ethernet infrastructures can support a maximum speed of 1 Gigabit per second (Gbps), while the 350X Series switches can overcome this barrier.

- Easy configuration and management - The Cisco 350X series switches are designed to be easy to use and manage.

- Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) and 60 W PoE - PoE technology simplifies the deployment of IP phones and wireless access points by enabling connecting and powering network endpoints with a single Ethernet cable, without having to install separate power supplies. The 350X series switches support 15W Power over Ethernet (PoE) and 30W Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+). They also support PoE 60 W on selected ports to power compact switches, wireless access points or other high-power devices.

- High reliability and robustness - switches with stackable play an important role in eliminating downtime and improving network resistance. If a Cisco 350X Series stacked switch fails, another switch immediately takes control of the network, keeping it running.

- True Stacking - The Cisco 350X Series provides physical stacking of switches, allowing you to troubleshoot, configure, and manage multiple physical switches on a single device, with a single IP address, up to 4 devices and up to 208 ports.

- High Security - The Cisco 350X series switches provide advanced security features that are essential to protect business data and protect against unauthorized access to networks.

- Env6Service - Cisco 350X series switches have successfully passed rigorous IPv6 tests and received USGv6 and IPv6 Gold certificates.

- Advanced Layer 3 Traffic Management - The switches support Static Layer 3 LAN routing, allowing workgroup division and VLAN communication without compromising application performance. With these features, you can increase network performance by relieving the router of internal traffic management tasks and allowing it to manage external traffic and network security in particular.

- Energy efficiency - the switches are designed to save energy by optimizing energy consumption, helping to protect the environment and reduce energy costs.

- Networkwide Automatic Voice Deployment - Using Cisco Discovery Protocol, LLDP-MED, Auto Smartports and Voice Services Discovery Protocol (VSDP- a unique Cisco protocol), Customers can dynamically deploy an end-to-end voice network.

DHCP snooping Filters DHCP messages with unregistered IP addresses and/or from unexpected or untrusted interfaces
This prevents malicious devices from acting as DHCP servers
IP Source Guard (IPSG) When the IP Source Guard feature is enabled on a port, the switch filters the IP packets received from the port if the source IP addresses of the packets have not been statically configured or dynamically learned from DHCP snooping
This prevents the spoofing of IP addresses
Dynamic ARP Control (DAI) The switch rejects ARP packets from the port if there are no static or dynamic IP/MAC bindings, or if there is a discrepancy between the source or destination addresses in the ARP packet
This prevents man-in-the-middle attacks
IP/MAC/Port Binding (IPMB) Previous features (DHCP Snooping, IP Source Guard and Dynamic ARP Inspection) work together to prevent DOS attacks on the network, thereby increasing network availability
Secure Core Technology (SCT) Ensure that the switch will receive and manage processes and protocol traffic regardless of the amount of traffic received
