DXS-1210-12SC is a 10 Gigabit Ethernet switch series D-Link DXS-1210 is a cost-effective 10 Gigabit switch series capable of handling a wide range of networking needs in any business. The DXS-1210-12SC has a complete set of L2 functions, including port duplication, STP (Spanning Tree Protocol) and LACP (Link Aggregation Control Protocol). Network maintenance functions include loopback detection and cable diagnostics. Feedback loop detection significantly accelerates troubleshooting by automatically detecting and disabling difficult to diagnose switching loops. The cable diagnostics function is primarily intended for network administrators, which determines the quality of the cable and quickly detects errors, enabling trouble-free network diagnostics and maintenance.
The DXS-1210-12SC supports Auto Surveillance VLAN (ASV) and Auto Voice VLAN, which are best suited for VoIP and video surveillance applications. Auto Surveillance VLAN is an industry-leading new technology that consolidates the transmission of surveillance data and video with a single switch from the DXS-1210 series, saving businesses the expense of dedicated equipment and devices.
The device is equipped with the D-Link Network Assistant (DNA) tool, which simplifies the configuration of D-Link Discovery-enabled devices. D-Link Network Assistant allows customers to easily detect multiple D-Link smart switches in the same L2 network segment and display them on the screen for instant access. The DXS-1210 Series also supports D-View 7 and the command line interface (CLI) via Telnet.
