FUSION SPLICER TCV-605C is a fibre optic welder adapted to work with any type of lighting. The device has a large and clear 5.6-inch LCD display with a resolution of 640*480 px, thanks to which the core of the optical fibre is clearly visible and enables 300-fold enlargement of the image. The welder is equipped with a very bright LED, which ensures comfortable work in difficult lighting conditions, even at night. Battery charging time is only 3.5 h. On one charging cycle you can perform about 220 welds. The TCW-605C series uses fast image processing technology as well as special precise positioning technology. In 8 seconds it automatically completes the entire fiber merging process. The TFT LCD monitor displays all stages of fibre fusion in a clear and comprehensible way. The device is commonly used for single-mode quartz SM and multi-mode MM fibers with a diameter of 80-150 µm, a covering layer with a diameter of 0.1-1.0 mm and a length of the bare fibre approximately 16 mm. The welding time is 30 seconds, and the welding time is only 8 seconds.
