MA5608T can be installed in a residential area, which reduces the use of ODN optical backbone cables. The terminal supports ADSL2 +, SHDSL, POTS, GPON, 10G GPON and P2P access mode and provides subscribers with Internet, voice and video access. MA5608T serves as CO OLT and supports multiple modes of network building and media diversification to provide access for home, mobile and corporate users. The terminal can be used as mini-OLT supporting GPON and 10G GPON and as mini-DSLAM supporting ADSL2+, VDSL2, SHDSL.
The terminal supports aggregation management and plug-and-play for remote sites. This eliminates the need to run software on site and integrate the OSS system, which simplifies device management. Remote device management focuses on OLT through GE aggregation. In this way, service configuration, software updates and maintenance of remote sites can be carried out via OLT, which significantly reduces the complexity of FTTx network management,
The MA5608T casing has a fan tray on the left side that blows air to dissipate heat. Cool air flows into the chassis through the left side and then the fans blow air to the right side of the plate.
