MPWD power module for OLT MA5608T with AC 100-240V power supply, a 3v3 connector for connecting a second DC power supply and output power of 400W.
The power module provides the switch and all its boards with power, which is necessary for the functioning of the system as a whole. For the MA5608T switch, there are three modules that can power it: MPWC, MPWD, MPWE. The difference between them is usually the power source, and the number of connectors to connect the corresponding sources.
The H801MPWD is an AC power board consisting of an AC power supply and a monitoring unit. The board supplies power to the unit and maintains a lead acid battery for backup power. The AC power supply provides overcurrent protection, surge protection, short circuit protection and overheat protection. The monitoring unit provides comprehensive grid and battery management, as well as certain environmental monitoring functions.
1. Input power is supplied to the board. After AC/DC conversion, the power is supplied to the system board at -48 V (configurable).
2. The board supports batteries, a monitoring unit oversees the charging and discharging of batteries.
3. The board communicates with the system through the backplane the reporting board hardware, and the electronic label on the backplane.
4. The board communicates with the monitoring unit using the 485 protocol to set the voltage and power and also to report alarm information.
5. The control unit supports lead-acid batteries.
6. The optical port functions as a low-voltage battery shutdown.
7. The board provides power allocation control and a warning alarm function.
