Huawei S5720-28P-SI-AC is a new generation energy-saving switch developed by Huawei. The platform is based on the latest Huawei Versatile Routing Platfrom (VRP) hardware and software. The S5700-Li provides download port capacity from 100 MB/S to 1GB/S. The S5700-Li is easy to install and maintain, reducing the amount of work required to plan, build and maintain a network. This device is ideal as an access switch for a dorm network or for providing Gigabit access in data centres.
The S5700-LI series of intelligent energy-saving switches reduce energy consumption without compromising system performance or comfort. The S5700-Li is the first switch model in the industry to support internal lithium batteries as protection in case of power failure. The switch uses innovative energy-saving technologies including energy-saving Ethernet (EEE). The S5700-28X-LI-AC has a built-in fan for air cooling, the airflow direction is from left to right.
iStackTechnology simplifies network structure and network protocol implementation and increases reliability and ease of network management. Intelligent Layout Technology (iStack) allows you to combine multiple switches into one logical switch, so you can log into the stack from any member device to configure and manage all elements.
