Huawei's S5720-LI series switches are next-generation, energy-efficient Gigabit Ethernet switches that feature flexible GE access ports, as well as two combo (RJ45 / SFP) 1G WAN ports and two SFP 1G WAN ports. They are built on high-performance next-generation hardware, store-and-forward mode, and Huawei's Versatile Routing Platform (VRP). The S5720-LI series switches support intelligent stacking (iStack), flexible Ethernet, and diverse security control solutions. The S5700-LI Series Intelligent Energy Efficient Switches reduce power consumption without compromising system performance or user experience. The S5700-Li is the industry's first switch model to support internal lithium batteries for protection in the event of a power outage. The switch incorporates innovative energy-saving technologies, including energy-efficient Ethernet (EEE). The S5700-28X-LI-AC features a built-in cooling fan, with airflow direction from left to right.
TheiStack technology simplifies network structure and network protocol deployment and increases network reliability and manageability. Intelligent stacking technology (iStack) allows you to combine multiple switches into a single logical switch, so you can log into the stack using any member device to configure and manage all elements.
