Mantar outdoor cabinet RSZ-160/18/14 - FTTH 24J

Mantar, outdoor cabinet RSZ-160/18/14 - FTTH 24J designed for outdoor installation, for FTTx network. Simple construction allows for free arrangement of optical fibers. In the upper part of the cabinet there are two specially profiled inserts, designed for mounting optical network elements such as adapters, welding trays. The insert in the operator section has a capacity of 2J (2 holes for SC Simplex adapters) and the client has a capacity of 24J (24 holes for SC Simplex adapters). The inserts, which can be tilted and completely dismantled, allow for comfortable work. The holders for mounting the inserts - located on the back panel - also serve as holders for cable/steel coils. Fully disassembled door with a poured out polyurethane gasket, and a sealing plate in the lower part of the post, provide an IP65 degree of protection on the upper part of the cabinet. Additional equipment: welding trays, adapters. Note: Fibre optic accessories shown in the pictures are not part of the set!

  • Body and pedestal made of sheet metal with Magnelis coating 1.5 mm thick, powder-coated, RAL 7035, thick structure
  • The pedestal is to be installed by digging into the ground to a depth of approx. 60cm (sent disassembled, to be screwed on independently - fasteners included)
  • The set includes an anchor plate which is slid into the special holes of the pedestal for better anchoring
  • The total height of the wardrobe after the pedestal is set is about 100cm.
  • 10 year warranty for corrosion protection

Cabinet installation options

Cabinet elements are joined by means of wedging technology, which ensures continuity of the protective coating. If the cabinet is to stand alone, it is recommended to pour min. 10 cm layer of concrete, if we place it by the wall, fence, post - it is not necessary.
