Mikrotik's fastest router has become even better, the new CCR1036-8G-2S+ now has two SFP+ ports for 10G interface (SFP+ module available separately). It uses the same 36-core Tiler processor as our other CCR1036 model and provides the same performance, but it is now possible to create ten gigabit links.
The device comes in a 1U chassis for installation in a rack cabinet, has two SFP+ ports, eight Gigabit Ethernet ports, serial console cable and USB port. The CCR1036-8G-2S+ has two SODIMM slots, by default it comes with 4 GB RAM. It supports SFP (1.25G) and SFP+ (10G) modules.

If you have not turned off the router, the filesystem has not been unmounted properly. During startup, RouterOS will perform a filesystem test. Depending on the size of your hard drive, this may take several minutes. Do not interrupt the file system test!
