MicroTik Q+85MP01D is a QSFP+ 40Gbps insert for multimode fiber, fully compatible with CRS326-24S+2Q+RM devices.
It can provide a connection of over 100 m on OM3 Multimode Fiber (MMF) and 150 m on OM4 MMF. The module has built-in digital diagnostic functions, including optical power monitoring, and offers 4 independent full-duplex channels with a throughput of up to 10 Gb/s per channel and a total capacity of 40 Gb/s . It has been designed to withstand the harshest conditions, including temperature, humidity and EMI interference, so we strongly recommend it as a reliable solution for all QSFP+ devices.

The SFP RJ45 modules allow you to connect Ethernet cables to SFP sockets in network devices via a special module equipped with an RJ45 port.
First of all, check if the ports on the device are SFP or SFP+ ports. The latter can operate at 10Gbps. Then make a choice regarding the fiber optic cable. Single mode fiber is usually used for longer distances, while multimode fiber is used for shorter distances.
This is an extension of the SFP standard adapted to the transmission rate of 10 Gbit/s.
