RouterBOARD is a hardware platform from MikroTik, which is a line of routers with RouterOS operating system. Almost all models of RouterBOARD devices can be powered via Ethernet (PoE) and have a connector for external power source.
There's no polarization of the wave in the wire. It's about how the electromagnetic field is emitted from the antenna. If the transmitting antenna is vertical, it transmits vertical polarization. If it is horizontal, it has horizontal polarization.
PoE (Power over Ethernet) is the name of a series of methods that allow you to power your network equipment via twisted-pair cable while transferring data simultaneously.
