RBM33G is a fully functional RouterBOARD device, ideal for use in its own housing or for custom solutions. It uses the same PCB shape factor and the same mounting holes as its predecessors (RB433 and RB953 series). The included USB 2.0/3.0 port can be used for both 3G/LTE modem and external hard drive. To extend the storage, microSD and PCIe M.2 slots are available.
RBM33G has a new double-core processor running on 880 MHz and 256 MB of DDR3 RAM and three gigabit Ethernet ports. It is specially designed for configurations requiring two 3G/LTE modems. You can use for example - Two 3G/LTE miniPCIe modems for multiple mobile connections - One miniPCIe modem and one 3G/LTE USB modem coming out of another miniPCIe slot for 802.11 wireless card

- Insert the miniPCIe and M.2 cards (not included) and secure them with the supplied screws. We recommend using a second slot for LTE modems.
- (Optional) Install the device in the chassis.
- Connect the cables to the wireless cards and Ethernet ports.
- Connect the power cable (directly or via PoE) to turn on the device.
- Make the first connection using the Ethernet cable, using the MikroTik Winbox tool. The Winbox should be used to connect to the default IP address 192.168.88.1 with admin name and no password.
- We recommend clicking the "Check for updates" button and downloading RouterOS updates to the latest version to ensure the best performance and stability
- Select your country to apply the country adjustment settings and set the password on the screen that appears.
To update your software, you must download the latest package files (*.npk) from our website. Then connect to your router via FTP and upload the new packages to it using the binary transfer mode. Restart your router by issuing the command /system reboot.
No, the configuration will not be removed from one version family. When upgrading version families (for example V2.5 to V2.6) you may lose configuration of some features that have major changes. For example, when upgrading from V2.4, you must first upgrade to the latest version 2.4.
