RF elements® Array sector antennas provide exceptional RF performance and colocation capabilities, ease of installation and cost effectiveness. The unit features patented BackShield™ technology, a frequency selective surface that suppresses side lobes in the azimuth and back radiation planes. The Array Sector 2-14 operates over an extremely wide frequency band, offers balanced gain in both polarizations and unmatched main lobe stability for excellent coverage characteristics.
The RF elements of the Sector Carrier Class antenna are optimized to balance the performance of horizontal and vertical antenna systems. The radiation patterns and gain in horizontal and vertical polarization are as similar as possible.
Balanced performance is a key requirement for excellent MiMo performance. With this unique balanced performance, Sector Carrier class antennas excel in MiMo deployments. Achievable area coverage and link performance are superior to regular antennas.
Sector antennas are compatible with all major devices with coaxial connectors (see data sheet for complete list). A removable cover protects the SMA connectors - another feature introduced by the RF Elements®brand that has become an industry standard.
