Teltonika FMB003 GPS locator is a compact plug and play device that is designed to connect to OBD diagnostic connectors. Its distinguishing feature is the ability to read OEM (PID) data through the vehicle's on-board diagnostics connector. The device enables reading of current odometer parameters and fuel level information.

1. open the top cover of the unit. The cover is opened by unzipping it in the corner recess.
Insert the Nano-SIM card as shown with PIN request turned off. Make sure the Nano-SIM card is properly installed in the holder. 3.
3) Connect the battery as shown in the picture.
After configuring see " PC connection (Windows)", connect the device cover back.
