RJ12 spl itter is designed for LAN 3v.5 controller.Splitter allows to connect up to 4 DS18B20 temperature sensors as well as miniature I2C connector which allows to connect different sensors (e.g. BME280).
The sensors are connected to the screw terminals located on the splitter board. An optional cable tie can also be run through the holes in the PCB and clamped firmly to protect the cable from accidental pulling out. The splitter connects to the LAN controller using an optional cable with RJ12 connectors.

A splitter is not necessary to connect one sensor, it can be connected directly to the LAN controller.
Holes have been prepared in the splitter board through which a screw can be inserted and the whole thing can be fixed to the wall. Remember to keep adequate insulation between the plate and other devices.
