The T1500G-10PS switch is a solution designed for small and medium-sized companies. The Gigabit switch has useful security features. It is equipped with 2 SFP slots and 8 Gigabit RJ45 ports capable of delivering a total of 53 W. The device provides high data transfer efficiency. The Storm Control function protects against the phenomenon of a broadcast storm of Broadcast, Multicast and Unicast packages. QoS (Quality of Service) function for layers 2 to 4 extends the possibilities of optimizing data transmission. The easy management via a web browser allows for quick configuration and reduced downtime.
The T1500G-10PS has 8 IEEE 802.3af compliant PoE ports and is capable of powering IEEE 802.3af compliant devices with a total of 53 watts. It is a very efficient and cheap solution for powering access points, surveillance cameras, IP phones or other devices using PoE technology, as it eliminates additional cables used to power them. Compact and versatile, the T1500G-10PS is an ideal solution for supplying PoE power in small and medium business networks.
The switch is equipped with advanced QoS functions, which enables simultaneous and smooth transmission of voice, video and data. In order to ensure smooth data transmission, the administrator is able to prioritize this transmission based on port priority, 802.1P and DSCP protocols. The T1500G switch also features a number of second layer traffic management features, including 802.1Q, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, port isolation, port mirroring and 802.3x flow control.
The T1500G-10PS Gigabit switch is easy, intuitive to use and manage. It can be operated via a web browser GUI or a command line interface (CLI). Support for SNMP (1/2/3) and RMON protocols allows the switch to communicate critical status information and capture unexpected events.
