The TL-PA4020P PowerLine starter kit connects computers, HD media players, TVs or game consoles to the network via electrical outlets. Availability is therefore available in every home and office thanks to ubiquitous electrical wiring, so no additional wiring, no antennas and no construction work is needed. This kit includes a complete solution for connecting two points. The TL-PA4020P has transmission speeds of up to 600Mbps and provides 2 10/100Mbps Ethernet sockets on both sides for connection to a smart TV, router, computer or other device with an RJ45 port.
The TL-PA4020P adapters allow you to reach speeds of up to 600Mbps with a range of up to 300 meters without the complicated settings and other tasks required for a classic Ethernet network. In two minutes you can establish a secure connection between the TL-PA4020P adapters. Thanks to the advanced HomePlug AV technology, it provides fast and stable Internet access.
Simply plug the adapters into electrical sockets and press the pairing button on the device to create a secure network. Setup is a matter of time and you can start transmitting HD video or other demanding data.
TP-LINK TL-PA4020P adapters are equipped with power saving mode that reduces power consumption by up to 85%. In addition, the adapter can detect whether the Ethernet connection is active and then switch to standby mode. Quality security is essential for network equipment. The adapter uses 128-bit AES encryption technology to ensure secure communication between devices.

In most cases TP-Link network adapters will pair automatically. If not, press the pairing buttons to pair them or use the tpPLC tool to do so. For detailed instructions, refer to [APP] or [tpPLC Utility].
You can press the pairing buttons to add another device or use the tpPLC tool.
For MAC 10.6 or higher, we also provide a Powerline tool to manage our network adapters.
For Ubuntu or older versions of MAC we do not provide a configuration tool for them, please configure the adapters in Windows. Or use the pairing buttons to pair them and use the web interface to configure our wireless network adapters.
That's not necessary. Just keep the way the existing adapters / extensions connect to the old router. If you want to change the wireless settings of the extension cables to be the same as those of the new router, press the WPS button on the router and then the Wi-Fi button on the card.
Yes, WPS is just one way of copying the SSID / WiFi name from the main router. If there is no WPS button on the router, we can manually copy the Wi-Fi settings.
