TL-SG108PE is a network switch equipped with 8 10/100/1000 Mb/s ports, of which 4 ports (1-4) are capable of automatically detecting and powering PoE devices compliant with the IEEE 802.3af standard. The switch has functions such as network monitoring, network traffic prioritization, VLAN, autonegotiation and auto-MDI/MDIX.
The TL-SG105E is ideal not only for simple Plug and Play networks, but also for more complex network environments. The network monitoring function allows users to observe network traffic, while QoS allows network administrators to prioritize network traffic, ensuring smooth voice or video transmission. IGMP Snooping guarantees optimal multimedia transmission, which significantly improves network performance and thus the operation of services such as IPTV.
Four RJ45 autonegotiation ports of the TL-SG108PE switch support PoE and provide power supply to IEEE 802.3af compliant PoE devices. This solution ensures data and power transmission via one Ethernet cable. It is also possible to use devices such as wireless access points, IP cameras or IP phones in places where there is no access to an electrical outlet.
A rugged metal enclosure, RJ45 ports for shielded cables, desktop or wall mounting, and a fanless design for quiet operation will make the device meet everyone's expectations.
TL-SG1016PE is a Plug and Play type switch that does not require installation and configuration. The device offers the ability to monitor the network and control changes in network traffic. Using the Internet User Interface or Manage Tool, the client has access to QoS and many other useful functions such as network monitoring or prioritization. Additionally, Auto-MDI/MDIX makes it unnecessary to use crossed cables, which makes it much easier to connect devices.

PoE Switch works simultaneously as PSE switch and access layer switch. The following aspects should be considered when selecting the switch:
The physical port
The PoE switch is connected to PoE PDs as an access layer switch, you should consider the number of PDs to determine the number of interfaces of the PoE switch. The baud rate of the end devices should also be considered depending on the data type, e.g. 11AC EAP should connect to the Gigabit PoE switch.
Power standard PoE
Depending on the PD devices (e.g. AP or IP camera) supported by PoE protocol (e.g. 802.3af, 802.3at or passive PoE), the PoE switches must be compatible with the appropriate PoE power supply standard.
