The Omni airMAX antennas are the first of their kind to have a patented dual-polarity design of the omni type, it works in the 5GHz band.
The Amo-5G10 from Ubiquiti is an omnidirectional antenna, which means that the waves it sends are propagating in all directions with the same intensity. Omni airMAX antennas provide 360° coverage, 2x2 MIMO performance in LOS (Line-of-Sight) or NLOS (Non-Line-of-Sight) applications.
The omnidirectional airMAX antennas have a robust design for outdoor applications.
Each airMAX antenna has a built-in Rocket handle, so no tools are needed to install the Rocket BaseStation.
Rocket M together with Ubiquiti AirMax Omni Amo-5G10 can create a powerful omnidirectional base station with 360 degrees of coverage. This integrated system gives computer network architects a wide range of design capabilities, combining flexibility and convenience. The Amo-5G10 antenna kit with Rocket M radio is ideal for cases where you need to cover a large area with signal and at the same time maintain high network performance.

Installation equipment | Pole holder, RocketM radio holder and waterproof radio connection cables |
1. Attach the RF Cables to the connectors labeled Chain 0 and Chain 1 on the Rocket.
2. Align the mounting tabs on the back of the Rocket with the Rocket mount, and slide the Rocket down to lock it into place.
3. Attach the other ends of the RF Cables to the RF connectors on the antenna.
4. Insert the four Carriage Bolts into the main mounting bracket of the antenna.
5. Attach the antenna to the top of the pole.
a. Slide a Pole Clamp over each pair of Carriage Bolts.
b. Secure each Pole Clamp with two Serrated Flange Nuts.
c. Tighten all nuts to approximately 25 N-m (18 lb-ft).
