Available in internal and external versions, the 802.3af Gigabit PoE converter is compatible with most Ubiquiti PoE devices using 100 Mb/s or Gigabit Ethernet ports. Compatible products include airMAX and UniFi devices.

The 802.3af converters provide additional ±15kV Ethernet isolation to reduce the risk of ESD damage or overvoltage of connected devices.
The instant 802.3af Gigabit PoE converter integrates seamlessly with multiple 802.3af auto detection PoE switches for remote power control. By managing and monitoring the network, you can conveniently enable remote devices using the 802.3af switch.

1. Remove the cover by turning it counter-clockwise.
2. Remove the cable gland.
3. Put in the Ethernet cable through the gland as shown on the picture.
4. Wrap the cable gland around it as shown on the picture.
5. Put the cable gland back to the chasis and make sure it is secured.
6. Connect the Ethernet cable to the PoE port.
7. Put the cover back on by turning it clockwise.
8. Connect the PoE cable to the 24 V PoE device.
