UniFi 6 Lite Access Point is the latest WiFi 6 access point in the UniFi® series from Ubiquiti Networks. It operates in the 2400-2483.5 MHz and 5150-5875 MHz frequency ranges, supporting the latest 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax wireless standards. The output power of the radio module is 23 dBm (depending on the country of use).
UniFi 6 Lite is the first 802.11a (Wi-Fi 6) access point with 2x2 antennas. UniFi 6 Lite supports innovative Wi-Fi 6 technology that enables a 29% increase in two-way wireless data rate and doubles the coverage area compared to the UniFi AC Lite access point. UniFi 6 Lite is able to provide a stable, high quality connection for more connected devices, MU-MIMO and OFDMA enable the most efficient use of bandwidth. UniFi 6 Lite exchanges data with different clients in parallel mode so it achieves minimal latency, the performance increase is especially noticeable in networks of different generations of Wi-Fi devices.
Use UniFi Controller software to quickly configure and administrate your enterprise Wi-Fi network, and without any special training. Radio map, performance features, real-time status, automatic UAP device detection and advanced security options are already integrated.

The number of users depends on the CPU load. Ubiquiti recommends 20 ... 40 average users.
Lite means lightweight. It is not intended for use in areas of high client density. This item is not intended for parks or hotel lobbies. It is an office variant. Fast, reliable, secure. WiFi 6 supports the WPA3 standard, which is yet to be cracked. To address this issue, Ubiquiti has introduced the UniFi SHD Secure Access Point with a secure chip that is resistant to KRACK vulnerabilities.
The 2x2 antenna combination means that the data goes to 2x channels instead of 3x3 three channels. This does not always result in slower speeds.
Wifi6 802.11ax is backward compatible with all previous 802.11 AC, N, A, G standards except 802.11 B. Of course, with this compatibility, some features such as beamforming have been dropped.
