The UVC-G4-IRExtender infrared illuminator is designed to improve the quality and increase the surveillance distance at night, or in low light conditions, specifically for installation on UniFi Protect G4-Bullet video cameras used in indoor or outdoor video surveillance systems.
UVC-G4-IRExtender is compatible with UniFi Video Camera G3 model UVC-G3. The IR Range Extender for UniFi Protect G4 Bullet Camera has an IR illuminator range of up to 25 meters and allows for a larger protected area in large facilities. In shopping malls, hangars, parking lots, warehouses, perimeter sites, an equivalent amount of effective surveillance will be provided by fewer UniFi Protect cameras equipped with the UVC-G4-IRExtender, reducing power consumption and cable network length. Fully controlled by the camera itself, the UVC-G4-IRExtender is easily connected to a conveniently located connector on the housing and mounts in place of the sunshade.
