About product

SINUS PRO-5000W 48V Uninterruptible Power Supply

VOLT SINUS PRO UPS 5000W belonging to the SINUS PRO series of emergency power supplies with a high efficiency DC / AC pure sine wave inverter. In case of 230V mains or photovoltaic power failure the device switches into battery mode, which allows for further system operation and protects against data loss.

SINUS PRO UPS 5000W

The distinctive feature of sine wave UPSs from the classic and simple AC/DC converters is that they produce at their output a pure sine wave AC voltage identical to that of the mains supply. The device offers pure sine wave DC/AC functions, UPS switchover functions, mains voltage stabiliser (AVR) and battery charger (rectifier) functions, as well as protection necessary for the power supply to work with solar controllers and photovoltaics. By using a color display you can monitor the most important parameters of the system. Presented VOLT SINUS PRO UPS 5000W belongs to the series of "line-interactive" type of power supplies.

VOLT SINUS PRO UPS 5000W 48V

Device characteristics

  • One device has three functions - DC/AC inverter, UPS and automatic battery charger
  • Toroidal transformer for high efficiency and low idle current
  • Energy saving compared to older devices using
    E-core
    transformers

  • Fast 32-bit microprocessor for accurate and trouble-free operation
  • Intuitive and simple operation thanks to colour LED display, which provides information on the current status of
the device (input and output voltage, battery status, charging, etc.)

  • The inverter produces a pure sinusoidal voltage at its output, which enables operation with practically any type of load
  • High battery chargingcurrent (exact values in the table with technical specifications)
  • Possibility to change the charging current with the push of a button and switch off the charger
  • Quick change-over from mains to UPS mode for uninterrupted operation of connected equipment
  • Intelligent cooling fan control based on the actual device temperature and the operating status of the inverter
  • AC (mains) / SOLAR (battery) priority switch

What are the SINUS PRO series converters used for?

SINUS PRO series converters are designed for office and household applications, they should not be used together with specialist equipment, the failure of which could cause material losses or life threatening injuries (e.g. industrial devices or medical equipment).

Can the device be overloaded?

Do not overload the device. Operation with a load greater than the shift load may damage the inverter.
