How to make a complaint?

The user makes a complaint by following 4 simple steps:
  1. In the form (b2b.batna24.com/rma.php) we supplement the serial number of the device that the customer wants to report to the complaint.
  2. After verifying the device's serial number, please complete the address data.
  3. Add a description of the fault
  4. After the application has been accepted, further instructions will be sent by e-mail with an RMA label to be placed on the package.
  5. A complaint should be sent to the address:

How to prepare equipment for complaints at batna24.com?

Please secure the registered equipment properly, so that it is not damaged during transport and send it back to the address indicated in the e-mail correspondence, necessarily placing RMA NUMBER.
