How to make a complaint?
The user makes a complaint by following 4 simple steps:
- In the form (b2b.batna24.com/rma.php) we supplement the serial number of the device that the customer wants to report to the complaint.
- After verifying the device's serial number, please complete the address data.
- Add a description of the fault
- After the application has been accepted, further instructions will be sent by e-mail with an RMA label to be placed on the package.
