Shipping and delivery

Methods of dispatch

Ordered products are sent via UPS, TNT, FEDEX, DPD and InPost. Pallet shipments are sent through transport companies such as DSV, Kuehne Nagel, etc. and their cost depends on the dimensions and weight and is calculated individually each time. We ship in Poland and EU countries.

What if the package is damaged?

Each of our shipments is secured with tape with our company logo. If the parcel or tape is damaged, you should check the received goods in the presence of the courier.

In the case of damage to the goods or any shortages in the shipment, a protocol should be drawn up (it is the only basis for accepting a complaint).

How can I monitor a shipment?

The status of the shipment can be monitored on the website of the selected courier company by entering the Tracking No. given each time the order is placed.

How do you pick up the package when the courier is not at home?

The parcels usually arrive at the recipient the next day after sending. Usually, courier companies provide 2 attempts to deliver the parcel to the recipient. If the courier does not find anyone at the address given, he or she should leave a notice with information about the next delivery, together with a telephone number at which the date and time of this delivery can be determined. The advice should also contain the address where you can collect the parcel in person.

If at the next delivery attempt the courier will not find anyone at the indicated address again, the parcel will wait several more days to be collected from the courier company's warehouse and then will be sent back to the sender.
