The measuring platform is based on a shaped, curved tray that creates a stable surface for a lying child. This element is made of durable materials with anti-slip properties, which prevents the little one’s body from moving during the measurement. A special lower fastening system allows the tray to be firmly locked onto the main base, eliminating the risk of wobbling components. The device features a modular design – after removing the upper platform, the product turns into a floor scale that can be used by older children and even adults, significantly extending its useful life.

In addition, the implemented tare function allows the weight of a blanket, hygienic pad or clothing to be deducted, ensuring the actual weight reading is obtained without having to place the baby directly on the cold plastic.

By holding the selection button for longer, the user can rotate the displayed digits by 180 degrees, allowing convenient reading of the result regardless of whether the carer is standing or sitting. The built-in memory module automatically saves the last used unit and the set viewing angle. The automatic shut-off function cuts the power after 2 minutes of inactivity, which optimises battery consumption included in the set and prepares the device for the next use.
