One cable and two additional monitors

Extralink Smart Life S400 expands a laptop’s workspace with two additional screens. The device offers two USB-C interfaces supporting image output at a resolution of 1920 × 1080 at 60 Hz. A single USB-C cable connection simplifies workstation setup, and compatibility with Windows and macOS allows the set to be used with different computers. The model does not have an HDMI port. Power parameters are 5 V/3 A, input power is 15 W, while standby power consumption does not exceed 4.5 W.

Adjustment tailored to the way you work

The movable wings allow the screens to be positioned according to the available space and the type of task being performed. The left monitor can be adjusted from 0° to 235°, and the right one from 0° to 180°. The hanging design is intended for laptops with a diagonal of 14 to 17.3 inches. The supported width ranges from 309 to 425 mm, the required panel height is over 209 mm, and its thickness should not exceed 8.5 mm.

Equipment needed to connect the set

The set includes a USB-C to USB-C cable and a USB-A to USB-C cable, one of each type. The product graphic also shows a carrying bag, manual, USB media and protective elements. The retail package measures 430 × 307 × 108 mm and weighs approximately 3.14 kg. The master carton holds five sets, measures 59 × 45 × 34 cm and weighs approximately 16.7 kg.

Once the two screens are mounted, the laptop becomes a workstation with three display areas. The grey Extralink Smart Life S400 design measures 360 × 221 × 29 mm and weighs approximately 1.42 kg, so it can be carried together with the computer. The device is designed to operate at temperatures from 5°C to 40°C and at humidity from 10% to 70%.

Triple workspace for work, study and meetings

Two additional screens help separate documents, charts, messenger apps, video conferences and work applications without constantly switching windows. This setup is useful for data analysis, studying, running meetings and working with multiple programs. Each monitor has a 14-inch diagonal. The S400 model does not have built-in speakers, so audio handling remains the responsibility of the laptop or connected audio equipment.

Full HD image on two IPS panels

Both 14-inch screens use IPS matrices with W-LED backlighting, a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. A refresh rate of 60 Hz, brightness of up to 250 cd/m², 1000:1 contrast and 45% NTSC colour gamut provide a clear image for everyday work. Response time is 25 ms, pixel size is 0.1611 × 0.1611 mm, and viewing angles are 89° horizontally and 89° vertically at CR ≥ 10.
