Xiaomi Gaming Monitor G27i 2026 is equipped with a 27-inch Fast IPS panel with a Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. This configuration offers a large image area while maintaining interface readability, environmental detail and gameplay elements. IPS technology provides wide viewing angles of 178° vertically and horizontally, so colours and contrast remain consistent even when viewing the screen from the side. The slim bezel helps you focus better on the displayed content and makes the monitor fit well into a gaming setup, a home workspace or a multi-screen arrangement.

200 Hz refresh rate and 1 ms GTG response time

The maximum refresh rate of 200 Hz means that successive image frames are displayed at very short intervals. This helps maintain smoothness when quickly turning the camera, tracking opponents, racing and during dynamic action game scenes. The 1 ms GTG response time reduces the visibility of ghosting and blur on moving objects, making it easier to follow what is happening on screen. The 1 ms value was achieved by Xiaomi under laboratory conditions at a resolution of 1920 × 1080, a refresh rate of 200 Hz and the response time set to “Ultra-fast” mode. Achieving the maximum parameters also requires a suitable signal source, cable and graphics card.

HDR 400 and peak brightness of 400 nits

Support for the HDR 400 standard expands the range of brightness presented, allowing the monitor to better separate bright image elements from the shadowed parts of a scene. A typical peak brightness of 400 nits helps emphasise light reflections, weather effects, ambient lighting and details visible in strongly illuminated areas. At the same time, darker parts of the image can retain greater depth, contributing to a more engaging experience in games, films and multimedia content. The monitor also offers a typical static contrast ratio of 1000:1, supporting clear distinction between light and dark elements of the displayed content.

Wide colour gamut and individual calibration

The monitor supports 100% of the sRGB colour space and 95% of the DCI-P3 gamut, allowing it to present a broad range of shades in games, films, photos and everyday applications. Eight-bit colour depth enables the display of 16.7 million colours, helping to maintain smooth tonal transitions without visible banding between similar shades. Each unit undergoes individual colour calibration with a declared ΔE<2. This solution ensures more faithful reproduction of source material and means the monitor can be used not only for gaming, but also for watching multimedia content and for basic work with graphics and photographs.

FreeSync Premium and eye-comfort features

AMD FreeSync Premium synchronises the monitor’s refresh rate with the number of frames generated by a compatible graphics card. This helps reduce screen tearing and visible stuttering that can occur during sudden changes in frames per second. The monitor also uses DC dimming technology and has TÜV certification for reduced blue light emission. These solutions contribute to more comfortable use of the screen during longer gaming sessions, work or watching content. Eye-protection features do not replace regular breaks, proper desk lighting or correct screen brightness settings.

Practical ports, tilt adjustment and VESA mounting

Xiaomi Gaming Monitor G27i 2026 offers one DisplayPort 1.4 port, one HDMI 2.0 port, a 3.5 mm audio output and a DC IN power socket. Both HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 allow Full HD image transmission at up to 200 Hz, provided the connected device supports these parameters. The included stand allows the screen tilt to be adjusted from approximately −5° to +15°. The monitor does not offer height adjustment, swivel or portrait orientation, but it can be mounted on a compatible 75 × 75 mm VESA bracket. Settings are controlled using a multi-directional button located on the back of the casing.
