The TP-Link Deco P9 is a mesh Wi-Fi system with data rates of up to 867 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and up to 300 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band, which also supports inter-module data rates of up to 1000 Mbps using the Powerline standard. The Powerline standard enables the use of electrical wiring to create a more robust mesh network between modules and create truly seamless coverage.

High speeds thanks to hybrid technology

Simultaneous Powerline and Wi-Fi support allows the Deco P9 to provide higher overall network transfer speeds, as well as more reliable coverage over a wide area - by better overcoming obstacles like thick walls. A set of two modules can cover up to 560 square meters.

Excellent features and technology

Each Deco P9 module features a Qualcomm chipset, two Gigabit Ethernet ports with WAN/LAN auto-sensing, and two built-in dual-band antennas. TP-Link Deco P9 modules can operate in both router and access point modes and support wireless technologies such as TP-Link Mesh, MU-MIMO, Beamforming, Band Steering, Auto Path selection and Self-Healing.
The TP-Link Deco P9 system can connect up to 100 wireless clients, and can combine with other Deco models to form one cohesive Mesh network with a single Wi-Fi name.

Easy setup and good parental controls

Initial configuration of the device is done via the Deco mobile app, available for Android and iOS smartphones. The app includes an advanced parental control feature that allows you to create user profiles, filter unwanted content and restrict internet access by time.
