The Aqara Motion Sensor P1 is an upgraded version of the sensor with support for the Zigbee 3.0 standard and twice the battery. Aqara Motion Sensor P1 is compatible with a wide range of smart home ecosystems and voice assistants. HomeKit, Alexa, IFTTT and others are supported. Support for Matter will be available via an OTA update Of Aqara Hubs after the official release of the Matter specification.

Cover any space

In addition to a very wide field of view (170° for distances up to 2 meters and 150° for distances up to 7 meters) , the versatile 360-degree cradle provides the ability to adjust the viewing angle so that only motion in the desired area is detected. Three sensitivity modes make available the ability to adjust the distance from which the sensor will be triggered, then it will detect only the things you need.

5-year battery life

The Aqara Motion Sensor P1 can achieve a record-breaking five-year battery life and will have acceptable battery life even with extremely cold temperatures or lightning-fast detection times.

Configure away mode in the app and enjoy continuous monitoring, local sound and light alerts, and cloud notifications when motion is detected. Alternatively, use it with HomeKit or other supported systems for the same purpose.

No tools are required for installation. With the included sensor stand and sticker, you can position the motion sensor anywhere you want.

Light sensor
