SFP transceivers (transmitter-receivers) are high-performance, cost-effective modules that support data rates of 1.25 Gbps/1.0625 Gbps and a transmission range of 3 km with SMF. The transmitter consists of three sections: a FP laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a transimpedance preamplifier (TIA) and an MCU control unit. All modules meet Class I laser safety requirements.
