Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro – features tailored to the daily rhythm

Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro combines activity, wellbeing monitoring and notification handling in a lightweight wrist-worn device. The 9.7 mm-thick body has been fitted with an aluminium frame and curved 2.5D glass, making the band well suited to training, work, rest and everyday duties. The large AMOLED display makes it easy to read statistics, messages and measurement results without frequently reaching for your phone. The user can choose from over 200 watch faces, tailoring the displayed information and the interface appearance to their own needs. The design, available in different finish variants, allows the same set of functions to be used regardless of the chosen colour version.

Recording routes thanks to built-in GNSS

The built-in GNSS module makes it possible to save a training route without having to rely constantly on the phone’s location services. Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro supports five major satellite systems: GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS, helping to record the course of running, walking, cycling and other outdoor activities. More than 150 sports modes let you choose the way data is recorded according to the type of workout being performed. Runners can use courses available on the wrist, intelligent pace guidance and 3D guides showing exercises intended for warm-up and cool-down. A treadmill mode is also available with a correction for the standard 400 m track, helping to reduce errors caused when taking corners and more accurately reflect the distance covered.

Large AMOLED display and convenient access to notifications

The 1.74-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 480 × 336 pixels offers the space needed to clearly present statistics, messages and menu items. The screen displays 16.8 million colours, reaches a density of 336 PPI and supports a refresh rate of up to 60 Hz, contributing to smooth interface scrolling. HBM brightness reaches 1500 nits, while peak brightness under certain conditions can reach 2000 nits, helping to read information even in strong sunlight. When paired with a phone, the band notifies you about messages, incoming calls and app alerts. It is operated via the Mi Fitness app, and the device is compatible with phones running Android 8.0 or later and iOS 14 or later.

Workout tracking and 24-hour body monitoring

Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro uses a PPG module with dual light sources and dual photosensitive sensors, which support heart rate measurement during rest and physical activity. The band offers 24-hour monitoring of heart rate, stress level and blood oxygen saturation. 24-hour SpO₂ measurement must be enabled manually — once activated, readings are taken every 10 minutes. During exercise, the user can check data related to the workout and observe the body’s response to exertion. More than 150 sports modes include strength training, running, cycling and swimming. The linear motor provides noticeable haptic feedback, allowing training alerts, alarms and notifications to be received without constantly looking at the screen.

Slim design and up to 21 days of battery life

The standard version of Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro weighs 21.6 g without the strap, so it can be worn comfortably all day, during exercise and while sleeping. The built-in battery has a capacity of 350 mAh and is charged using the included cable with a magnetic connector. According to tests carried out by Xiaomi laboratories, the band can last up to 21 days in light usage mode. Under normal use, the stated battery life is up to 15 days, while with the active Always-on Display mode it can reach up to 8 days. The actual result depends, among other things, on the frequency of measurements, screen brightness, the number of notifications received, GNSS usage time and selected health monitoring functions. The long battery life reduces the need to charge the band frequently.

Advanced analysis of sleep, recovery and everyday wellbeing

Sleep-related functions help monitor not only the length of night-time rest, but also its regularity, individual phases, average heart rate and efficiency. Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro monitors average heart rate variability HRV during sleep, providing additional information useful for assessing the body’s recovery. The app can prepare weekly and monthly trend reports, making it easier to notice recurring habits. Personalised tips related to movement, diet, daily routine and relaxation are also available. The band supports monitoring of menstrual health, stress levels and blood oxygen saturation. Cycling functions, heart rate transmission and water resistance

In cycling mode, Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro can work with a smartphone acting as a training computer. On the phone screen, you can then view, among other things, current speed, average speed, distance covered, heart rate, activity time and the estimated number of calories burned. The band also supports transmission of live heart rate data via Bluetooth to compatible cycling computers and apps supporting the BLE protocol. The independent GNSS module allows the route to be recorded even when the phone is not being used for location tracking. The 5 ATM water resistance rating allows the device to be worn while swimming in a pool, near the shore and during activities in shallow water. The band should not be used while diving, in a sauna, under a hot shower or in strong water jets.
