Advanced QoS features and IPv6 support

To enable simultaneous and smooth transmission of voice, video or data, the switch is equipped with advanced QoS functions. In order to ensure smooth data transmission, the administrator is able to prioritize such transmission, based on the priority of ports, 802.1P and DSCP protocols. The T1600G-18TS supports many IPv6 features such as dual IPv4/IPv6 stack, MLD Snooping, PMTU Discovery and IPv6 Neighbor Discovery.

The JetStream T1600G Gigabit switch features a number of second layer traffic management features such as 802.1Q VLAN support, port isolation, port mirroring, STP/ RSTP/ MSTP, port aggregation and 802.3x flow control. It also has a number of maintenance features, including IGMP snooping for intelligent multicast streaming to specific subscribers only. The T1600G-18TS is intuitive to use and easy to manage, e.g. through a web browser GUI or a command line interface (CLI).
