EXTRALINK LAN PATCHCORD CAT.8 U/FTP 0,5M 40G FLAT SHIELDED FOILED TWISTED PAIR BARE COPPER WHITE

Copper patch cord CAT.8 U/FTP 40 Gb/s

The Extralink Cat.8 U/FTP patch cord can be used for neat connection of devices in rack cabinets and other network installations. The cable supports transmission up to 40 Gb/s, and the availability of lengths from 0.5 to 20 m makes it easy to choose the right section without unnecessary excess. The flat design helps route the cable in limited space, while the white sheath suits bright home and office installations.

Copper conductors and shielding for stable transmission

The internal construction of the cable has been designed with fast and stable data exchange in mind. Copper conductors support the electrical parameters of the connection, and the U/FTP technology with shielding for each pair reduces crosstalk and EMI electromagnetic interference. Twisted wire pairs help maintain orderly transmission in home, office and server networks.

The flat profile makes routing the cable easier

The flat patch cord can be routed more easily in a telecom cabinet, cable trunking, along a wall or under the floor. The flexible profile makes it easier to adapt the route to the available space, and the smaller bend radius helps reduce the amount of space taken up. As a result, cable management is simpler even in densely packed installations.

One cable connects Ethernet devices

The Extralink patch cord is ideal for connecting equipment fitted with an Ethernet port. You can use it to connect a router, switch or modem to a computer, NAS server or another network device. RJ45 connectors make it easy to establish a connection quickly, and the Cat.8 U/FTP standard allows you to prepare cabling for demanding home and professional applications.

High bandwidth for work, entertainment and servers

Bandwidth of up to 40 Gb/s allows the patch cord to be used for tasks requiring efficient data exchange. Gaming and streaming benefit from a wired connection that reduces dependence on interference typical of wireless transmission. The cable is also suitable for home office use and for connecting devices in server cabinets, where tidy cabling matters.

Flexible routing and protection against everyday wear

The flat cable can be easily routed under a desk, behind furniture or along equipment when you want to tidy up your workspace. The smooth sheath makes the cable easier to route, and the flexible construction allows it to be adapted to the chosen path. The factory-fitted plugs have latch covers that help protect the connectors during connection and use.
