Lifting capacity up to 3 tonnes

The Extralink pneumatic jack, with a lifting capacity of up to 3000 kg, is ideal for changing wheels and working on the suspension and undercarriage. Its “snowman” design allows it to lift passenger cars, SUVs, crossovers and light commercial vehicles. Compressed-air operation reduces the effort required to lift a vehicle.

Lifting range of 150–400 mm

The working range of 150 to 400 mm allows the jack to be used with vehicles offering different amounts of ground clearance. The low starting height of 15 cm makes it easier to position the device beneath the jacking point, while a lifting height of up to 40 cm provides the clearance needed for tasks such as changing a wheel. The jack can also be used with vehicles with higher suspension.

Multi-layer rubber bellows

The multi-layer bellows, made from rubber and reinforced with fibres, lifts the vehicle when supplied with compressed air. The design is built to withstand heavy loads, while the telescopic guide mechanism helps the air cushion move vertically. The working pressure of 6–12 bar allows the jack to be used with a suitable pneumatic system.

Two-valve controls

The control system uses two easily accessible valves positioned by the handle. The green inlet valve directs compressed air into the bellows to raise the vehicle, while the red release valve allows air to be released in a controlled manner to lower it. This design makes it possible to operate the jack without reaching for components located directly beneath the vehicle.

Mobile workshop design

The metal base, reinforced construction and transport wheels make it easier to position the jack beneath a vehicle and move it around a workshop or garage. The long handle makes the device easy to manoeuvre. The set includes an Extralink 3-tonne pneumatic jack with rubber bellows, a base, wheels, a control handle and integrated inlet and release valves.
