Ubiquiti airFiber 11 Backhaul Radio

airFiber 11 is the first airFiber 11 modular radio system built specifically for the market of licensed 11 GHz frequencies, which frees itself from the crowded 5 GHz band. AirFiber 11, housed in a compact, high-performance chassis, delivers amazing Gigabit+ wireless performance, low latency and long range, making it ideal for backhaul, building-to-building or public safety applications.

High performance

The airFiber AF-11G35 antenna provides access to SISO or 2x2 MIMO, which is bipolar performance. Below is one example of how the AF-11G35 antenna with AF-11FX Radio can be used as an endpoint on a feeder link to deliver throughput from the WISP network to an adjacent tower. From there, the airMAX® sector antenna with Rocket® radio provides bandwidth to WISP clients.

Upgrade to licensed version, Full-Duplex 11 GHz

For existing Ubiquiti® AF-5 and AF-5U installations, the AF-11G35 provides a quick and convenient upgrade path to the licensed 11 GHz band. The AirFiber AF-11G35 uses the same antenna mount as the airFiber AF-5 and AF-5U, so by simply replacing the AF-5 or AF-5U with the AF-11G35, you can quickly and easily upgrade from an unlicensed full duplex 5GHz link to a licensed full duplex 11GH link.

Plug and Play installation

The AF-11G35 antenna has a built-in mount for the AF-11FX radio, so its installation requires no special tools.
